Info on purchase requests

Info on purchase requests

Hi everyone!

As there has been some confusion about this, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the following:

- Submitting a purchase request does not guarantee you will get the doll. There may be one or more people submitting purchase requests at the same time. In this case I will follow the order of arrival.

- I will send an email to the winner right after receiving the purchase request. If I don't receive a response within 40 minutes from the time of the sale (example: The doll goes on sale at 18:00 I will wait until 18:40) I will contact the next person and so on so please remember to keep an eye on your email once you have sent the purchase request. Also check your SPAM just in case.

- I do not take reservations, the doll is considered sold once the payment has been made.


This information is available in "Help" section and from now on it will also be on all dolls that will be available for adoption by "purchase request" system in the shop.

* If you send a purchase request for a doll I assume you have read all the information.
